This course focuses on three areas: Understanding Your CustomerUnderstanding Your Product, and Building Great Customer Relationships. Throughout the course, you will apply what you learn and get feedback on real-world tasks. You will have the opportunity to complete activities that you are likely to encounter in work and better prepare for your success.

The course begins May 16 and will be available through June 10th. We suggest going through at least one module per week, although you may go faster.
