Full course description
Explores foundational global and intercultural communication theories in the context of global workplaces(both near and far). Introduces practices, such as goal-setting, reflective writing, and cultural humility, for examining one's positionality in global workplaces and contributions to diverse teams. Offers learners opportunities to engage with these practices to develop global workplace skills. The badge is 10-weeks, and is self-paced and fully asynchronous but follows the Northeastern University academic term calendars (these dates will be posted on the module Canvas site). Students are expected to complete work each week and engage with other participants through discussion board posts.
